Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Orders placed through the TFAWE Online Store may be eligible for return or exchange within 2 days of the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively for orders shipped via DHL Express Global. Orders delivered using alternative courier services do not qualify for return or exchange.
To begin a return or exchange request, please contact us for return authorization, including the appropriate address and instructions.
Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unaltered
• In original condition
• Returned with all tags and original packaging intact
Items that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
For approved exchanges, a $60 USD shipping fee applies to the replacement item sent by TFAWE.
